Orders

Do you sell gift cards?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer gift cards but it is definitely something we are working on for the future.

How do I know that you have received my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email of your order, you will then receive a second email to confirm your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 2 hours to receive your first order confirmation email.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately once the order has been processed through and the payment for your order has been made no amendments to the order can be made.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact the Mungo Sports team at info@mungosports.co.uk and include the item number and the items you were suppose to receive.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payments.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payments are taken straight away from your chosen payment method.

Promotions

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Promotional codes are applied at checkout. If the code is valid the promotional code will be added onto your order and the offer will be applied. Only one promotional code can be applied per order.

Do you offer student discount?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer student discount but it is something we are working towards in the future. Lookout for any discounts and promotional offers throughout our website and social media sites, alternatively subscribe to our weekly newsletter where we will send the latest offers, discounts and promotions.

Delivery

How much is postage?

UK Standard delivery will be charged at £3.99 and UK next day delivery will be charged at £5.99. All European orders will be charged at £7.99 and all international orders will be charged at £10.99.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

When placing your order you can choose to have next day delivery for UK orders only if ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday or standard UK delivery which can take between 2-5 working days. All European and International orders can take between 7-14 working days to be delivered.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, we offer next day delivery for UK orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be delivered on the next working day.

What delivery method do you use?

All our orders are sent via Royal Mail either 1st class or 2nd class delivery with a signed for service.

Where is my order?

If for any reason you have not received your order within the estimated delivery dates, please allow a few days incase of any delays. If you still have not received your order after this please contact us at info@mungosports.co.uk and provide us with your order number.

Do i have to sign for my order?

Yes, all orders require you to sign for them. If you are not in when the parcel is being delivered the parcel can be left with a neighbour if they consent to sign for it, alternatively they will leave a information card explaining where and when you can collect your parcel or arrange an alternate delivery date. If you do not want your parcel to be left with a neighbour please notify us when placing your order.

Will there be customs and import charges?

There may be customs and import charges depending on the size of the parcel. All customers are responsible for any charges.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we don't deliver to PO boxes as all our parcels have to be signed for.

Returns

What are your return policies?

You have 14 days for UK orders and 28 days for International orders from the dispatched date to return an unsuitable item. All Items must be unworn and have all mungo Sports tags attached in order to be refunded. All items must be returned at the customers expense and proof of purchase must be obtained incase the parcel gets lost in the post. If items are returned to us outside of the return policy we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes, all returns are covered by the customer.

How long do I have to return an order?

You have 14 days for UK orders and 28 days for International orders from the dispatch date to return an order.

Will I receive a refund on the delivery charges?

Unfortunately we can only refund for the cost of the products and not the delivery charges.

Products

How do I find out information about a product?

We offer full details on all of our products such as materials, size and fit and care which can be found on their product page, however if you have not found what you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

An item is out of stock, will you be getting any more in?

Some of our products sell out fast so please email info@mungosports.co.uk to find out more details, alternatively you can subscribe to our weekly newsletter which will include details of our products that are back in stock.

Accounts

I forgot my login details, how to retain this information?

Follow the 'Forgot Your Password' link under the login details on the account page. A reset your password link will then be sent to the email address which is registered to your account.

How do I update my details?

Login to your account where you will be able to update your details.

Why am I receiving problems processing payments?

You shouldn't receive any problems processing payments, however if for any reason you are having difficulty processing payments you can email Info@mungosports.co.uk where our team will be more then happy to help.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

We will be sad to see you go, however if you do want to unsubscribe you can follow the unsubscribe link which can be found at the bottom of any weekly newsletter emails.
